Shipping

Processing

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During sales and busy periods such as Ramadan this may take 2–5 business days.

You receive an order confirmation immediately and a tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Norway

Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days and costs 99 NOK.

Express delivery takes 1–2 business days and costs 199 NOK.

Shipping is free on Norwegian orders over 1,000 NOK.

Europe

Delivery takes 5–10 business days, from 149 NOK.

Rest of the world

Delivery takes 7–14 business days, from 199 NOK.

Customs and import charges

Orders shipped outside Norway may be subject to customs duties, import VAT or handling fees on arrival. These are set by your country's authorities, are not included in our prices, and are payable by you.

We cannot calculate these in advance, as the rules differ in every country.

Tracking

Every order is tracked. Parcels sent within Norway can be followed at posten.no, and international parcels through the carrier handling your delivery.

Delays and damage

If your parcel is delayed or arrives damaged, email support@yarathelabel.co and we will sort it out.

If a parcel has not arrived within 10 business days of the expected delivery date, we treat it as lost and will either send a replacement or refund you in full.

Delivery addresses

Please check your address carefully before confirming your order. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect, reshipping will need to be paid for again.
